Boaters Emporium LLC will refund or exchange any unopened item within 30 days of purchase. Any item that shows signs of use, missing parts or packaging will not be accepted for return.
SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
All returns are subject to approval before being accepted or exchanged. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Certain Electrical/Electronic items will not be accepted for return, as well as special order items, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, oils, resins, adhesives and paints.
