Standard 1-6 Day shipping uses USPS/UPS/FEDEX Ground and Air, at a Flat Rate Cost of $5.95 to the Contiguous US. Some orders over $70.00 may receive FREE Standard Shipping. Carrier used will be at our discretion.

UPS Next Day
UPS NEXT DAY DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAY OR SUNDAY DELIVERY! Orders must be received by 3:30 PM EST Monday-Friday. We offer UPS Next Day Air Saver to the Contiguous US on many orders for the cost of $29.95. Not all items qualify for the $29.95 Next Day promo. Orders received after 3:30 PM Friday or on Saturday & Sunday will ship on Monday. If you need Saturday Delivery please contact us for a quote. If Next Day shipping is not an option for your order at check out please contact us for a quote.

UPS 2nd Day

Returns
Boaters Emporium LLC will refund or exchange any unopened item within 30 days of purchase. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. To return an item, please use our Contact Page to request a Return. Please include your Invoice Number, SKU number of the item being Returned and a breif description why. Once a request has been approved, you will be notified where to ship the items (some items may need to be returned to different warehouses). Send each item in its original unused condition. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURNED SHIPPING COSTS. All returns are subject to approval before being accepted or exchanged. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee. Certain Electrical/Electronic items will not be accepted for return, as well as special order items, cut lengths of material or hazardous materials such as, but not limited to, oils, resins, adhesives and paints.

Lost/Damaged/Leaking Items
IF YOUR PACKAGE COMES VISIBLY DAMAGED OR SHOWS SIGNS OF LEAKING, PLEASE TAKE PICTURES OF PACKAGING AND ITEMS AS YOU OPEN. PHOTOS MUST BE EMAILED TO ryan@boatersemporium.com. Any claim of lost/damaged/Leaking items must be made within 30 days of delivery or FEDEX/UPS/USPS will not honor the claim. BOATERS EMPORIUM LLC WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST/DAMAGED/LEAKING ITEM.

Defective
In most cases defective items will have to be returned directly to the manufacturer. Credits or exchanges will not be done until the manufacturer inspects the item. DO NOT MAIL DEFECTIVE ITEMS TO US. If you receive a defective item please use our Contact Page.

International Shoppers
